We are located in the blue and grey "Carol Scott" OIC building on the west side of downtown Springfield, two blocks west of the old Memorial Hall site, at the corner of South Yellow Springs and West Main Street. We are next to the Salvation Army and diagonally across the interestion from the back of the bakery.
The door to HEAP (utility assistance) is the southern-most door on the east side (the on on the left), and the other door (the left one) on the east side is for all other OIC functions.
