The Winter Crisis Program has ENDED.
The HEAP Office is now processing
PIPP & HEAP Applications.
Customers applying for: new PIPP enrollment,
PIPP Re-verification, or for non-emergency R-HEAP
DO NOT need to schedule a phone appointment.
PIPP & R-HEAP Applications are processed in the order they are received and it could take up to 90 days for applications to be processed.
HOW TO APPLY
PIPP & R-HEAP APPLICATIONS ONLY:
Pick up an applications at the HEAP Drive-thru OR download and print an application from the application link below.
When your application is completed and you have collected all required documentation drop off your application and documents at the HEAP Drive thru.
